Auctions
- Invitation Only Auction: A private auction by invitation only. Every three months a Private Auction is held by invitation. During the private auction three things take place:
- First rare works not seen by the public eye are presented to invited guest.
- The items presented to guests will have great value, in most cases works will have already been appraised by the National Institute of Appraisers and their full market value will have been established; and
- Great value will be passed on to invited guests. In other words not only will the art work be rare, guests will have the rare opportunity of acquiring the work at minimum cost.

The Media, Money and Museum (MM&M) Kit containing six publications is designed to help you inform key individuals, museums, bankers, funders, insurance companies and others about the life and work of Verdult. The biography keeps in depth details of William Verdult not readily known or found.
The Kit draws from records of over 3,000 auctions, insurance claims, personal cash sales, and personal archives.
Request for a Letter of Estimate and Determinate Value
You maybe in a unique situation and require a letter of estimated or determinate value.
Unique situations may involve individuals who for example are looking for funding with their bank and plan on using their art as collateral; in proceedings involving divorce and estate settlements where there is a question about value; accounting, as well as insurance and other value requirements.
In these cases we will prepare a letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and or another designated official attesting to the value of your particular artwork. The Corporation is in the unique position of conducting and reviewing Verdult auctions totaling over 3,000. In addition to tracking Corporate auctions, sales not involving auctions, the Corporation hires a national independent third party appraisers who specializes in Verdult art to provide full market value appraisals. These appraisals; auction sales, insurance claims, and other market value actions, are the basis of our letters of Estimates and Determinate Value.

Image Rights
This program is designed to allow those people who have Verdult works of art and wish to use the image created by Verdult to either sell, or advertise their artwork. Per copyright laws the ownership of the images belongs to the artist who created the image or if they have been assigned, the entity or individual that the rights have been assigned. Yazzy's a subsidiary of its parent company owns any and all world-wide rights to any and all images created by William Verdult. These images were copyrighted in the year 2006.
This program is designed to grant limited permission rights to individuals and companies that want to use the images on a limited basis to sell or advertise their artwork primarily on the Internet.

Corporate Charitable Giving
As part of our mission to add value to people's lives, the Corporation donates its products (an original William Verdult painting or limited edition lithograph) to non-profit organizations across the United States for the purposes of charitable fundraising.
Our intent is to honor as many requests as possible. To help streamline the procedures, and enhance the effectiveness of the Charitable Giving Program, we will only consider making donations to non-profit organizations that meet the following criteria.
