In recognition of the launch of Yazzy's at wwww.williamverdult.com we are offering a "Private Auction by Invitation Only".

During the private auction four things take place:

1. First, two rare works not available to the public will be auctioned.
   
2. The auction items will have great value. In most cases works will have already been appraised by the National Institute of Appraisers and their full market value will have been established
   
3. A great value will be passed on to invited guests. In other words not only will the art work be rare, guests will have the rare opportunity of acquiring the work at minimum cost; and
   
4. As a participant you are eligible to receive a rare etching by William Verdult. These etchings have never been available to the public. Only 40 or so exist. Only one will be available to participants of the Private Auction. A random drawing will be held to determine who will receive the etching.

About this Auction:

• The Auction date is September 8-9, 2007. Start time 8:00 AM. end time 7:00 PM (all times are Eastern Std).
• Early registration is encouraged. Only registered guests are allowed to participate.
• Early registration will be accepted Starting September 5, 2007.

How the invitation works:

Because you meet the participating criteria, you are receiving this personal invitation.

Once you RSVP by registering, you will be provided exclusive access to the 'By Invitation Only" portion of the new site which is password protected.

There are a limited number of slots available - so you are encouraged to register early.

How the Private Auction Works:

• Invited guests receive invitations by email, including the date of the event, a preview of the art being auctioned, as well as the auction start time, place, time for closing and whether a reserve as been set for the item auctioned.
  
• Auctions are held by tele-conference, email or Internet.
  
• Auctions rules are simple, the highest bidder wins the Auction.

Other Key Points:

• There will be no more than two items auctioned.
  
• All items will be rare and not readily made available to the public.
  
• Financing is available on select auction items. That item will be identified before the auction.
