Request for a Certificate of Authenticity and Insurance Appraisal

Need a Certificate of Authenticity and Insurance Appraisal (or COA) for Verdult art?

We provide all types including originals, lithographs/reproductions, and sculptures.A new certificate of authenticity is recommended periodically.

• To have your art work evaluated and a Certificate of Authenticity and Insurance Appraisal issued complete the Appraisal  Detail Sheet below.
  • Price List and Discounts:
• After you complete the form, email services@williamverdult.com with three images of each item you want appraised:

a.) Image of whole painting
b.) Image of back of painting
c.) Image of signature close up, if possible

Upon receipt of your Certificate of Authenticity DetailSheet and email with images, and we receive payment, your Certificate is issued and sent to you via Federal Express within 48 hours after receiving payment. An email will be sent along with the Fed Express tracking number advising you that your item has been shipped.

Take these easy steps to receive a Certificate of Authenticity

1. You submit the Certificate Detail Worksheet blow.
2. Upon submitting the Worksheet, we will provide you an email with a link for payment by credit card. See the item in the store.
3. After payment email services@williamverdult.com with the images as outlined in a,b, and c above.
4. If we have any questions we will contact you by email or phone.
5. We will issue your certificate(s) by Federal Express within 48 hours after payment.
